Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit covering 25000 sq. feet area is well equipped with sophisticated machines along with an in house design unit. The manufacturing and design unit are well maintained in accordance with the industrial standards for optimum utilization resources. The machines are also maintained well for efficient production process.

Nozzle Atomizer Type Spray Coolers
Nozzle Atomizer Type Spray Coolers is used to spray the melt formed particles of spherical shape by spraying the melt into a cooling chamber through which ambient or cooled, low temperature air is passing. These are applied in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. This has proven to be most convenient method of transforming melted feedstock into free-flowing particulates of controlled particle size.
Rotary Atomizer Type Spray Coolers
Rotary Atomizer Type Spray Coolers is defined as a process by which a melt is formed into particles of spherical shape by spraying the melt into a cooling chamber through which ambient or cooled, low temperature air is passing. Rotary (wheel) atomizers and nozzles are used to spray the melt. Spray cooling finds applications in the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Nozzle Atomizer Type Spray Dryers
Nozzle Atomizer Type Spray Dryers convert the pressure energy within the liquid bulk into kinetic energy of thin moving liquid sheets. It breaks the sheets under the influence of the physical liquid properties and by the frictional effects with the medium into which it is discharged. The nozzle pressures range from 20 to 200 bar.
Rotary Atomizer Type Spray Dryers
We offer Rotary Atomizer Type Spray Dryers. Our wheel or disc rotating rotary disc atomization is used for atomizing the liquid feed at high speed. It distributes the liquid centrally on the wheel/disc/cup. Moreover, the feed liquid is centrifugally accelerated to high velocity before being discharged as fine droplets/ mist. These are available in straight/ curved vanes, pinwheels and multi-layer discs designs in diameters from 60 to 350 mm.
