. 합쳐질 때 새로운 염기들이 첨가된다 (nucleotide addition)
. 체세포 돌연변이에 의하여 V 지역의 염기배열이 바뀐다 (somatic mutation)
. heavy chain과 light chain이 서로 임의로 결합한다
