Radix A latin root word meaning root. The girl was becoming more and more radical with every minute she spent talking to the police officer. Example: Beneradicate: To pull off, or out of, for a good reason Thank you! Eradicate: To pull up, as if by, the roots. Multiradicated: With many roots or rootlets. Radiciculous: To have living organisms in or on roots.
