Transcript of Miley Cyrus Miles to Go
Images from Shutterstock.com About This Book I give this book a 5/5 because it was well written, humorous, and enjoyable. In this book you can see life from Miley's point of view and have a better understanding of who she is. Rating Miley Cyrus Andrea Du Destiney Hope Cyrus was born in Nashville, TN in 1982. Her name Miley came from Smiley, which her parents called her because of how often she smiled. She started her fame by making small appearances in a show her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus was starring in. Because of her dad's acting and music career, she had to move out of her "Southern Comfort Zone"of Tennessee to Canada. Her Story MILES TO GO When Miley's family moved back to TN, she lost all her friends and became a bullying victim. Luckily she had a loving cheerleading squad that loved her like family. Though she didn't have much to look forward to, she had Hannah Montana auditions coming up, but Miley had little hope of becoming Disney's new star Chloe Stewart.
"We joked that they had enough Hannahs there to name one after every state, not just Montana."-Miley Cyrus
In the end Miley got the part over several girls in the US. The book Miles to Go was an autobiography written by Miley Cyrus. Her purpose was to tell her story of how she came up to be a superstar. Throughout the book she conveys a main theme of love. Miley lets the reader know how much family means to her and how much she appreciates them. From this book, I take away several messages. As Miley shares her life experiences and mistakes. As a reader I was moved by her story and what she has been through. She is a great person with powerful messages to the world, one of my favorites including a quote from one of her songs, The Climb. "It ain't about how fast I get there. Ain't about what's waiting on the other side. It's the climb." -The Climb
