Base Salary:
Flexible Base Compensation $100,000
Experience selling to the water/wastewater marketplace is ideal
Experience selling any mechanically engineered product can work
Background of application/design engineering with a desire and the right personality for outside sales could work well
Understanding of the Manufacturer/Distributor relationship
Four year technical degree is highly preferred
The intent of this hire is to find a person that can eventually bubble up to replace the person it reports to
This is a highly autonomous role in which someone will have the ability to run this territory like it is their own business
There is a tremendous amount of untapped potential in this territory offering a huge upside for growth
Very strong product lines that are known in the market place as the premier lines
Company is experiencing growth in recent years and has strong plans in place to continue growth

Reduced fee of 25% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
$5,000 engagement fee applied toward the 25%

Allowance - $300 - $800/month plus fuel
Realistic 1st Yr Earning Potential:
$100,000 - $300,000 plus potential equity
