Etude House opens its 100th overseas branch Customer Feedback {September 2012} Pink Membership Card Complaints of Invalid Pink Membership Card has INCREASED Sept 01 - Sept 07 - 1 Complaint Sept 08 - Sept 14 - 2 Complaints Sept 15 - Sept 21 - 2 Complaints Sept 22 - Sept 28 - 5 Complaints TOTAL : 10 COMPLAINTS Advise the customer to wait for a maximum of 5 days to validate their card. Product Concerns Product Complaints She's using our Wonder Pore Freshner and Precious Mineral BB Cream Bright Fit and it's causing her breakouts, she's asking what we can recommend to prevent this. As for Ma'am Bel's advise, we suggest she should use a good cleanser and makeup remover to thoroughly remove the BB Cream. If further skin problems still occur, we suggest she should consult her dermatologist. Product Complaints She's having a problem with our Wonder Pore Freshner it gives her uncomfortable and hot feeling and it darkens the skin around her lips. As for Ma'am Bel's advise, we suggest she should stop using it for a month and try using it gain, if further damage still occurs, she should consult her dermatologist. Product Availability She passes EH Market! Market! everyday checking if the new stocks has arrived. She wishes us to re-stock cause every time she goes there to buy some products, they're always out of stock. Apologized and assured her that we will always re stock our items especially this month since we have a lot of new products. Product Availability She posted that the sad reality of Etude House Philippines which is high demand = low supply. Apologized and assured her that we are trying our best to supply every needs and demands our customers wants. Product Availability He is just disappointed that every time he visits EH SM Fairview &EHSM North the Block we don't have stocks of a facial mask worth Php 58.00, and added that if the demand is high we have to adjust our stocks. Apologized and assured him that we are trying our best to supply every needs and demands of our customers. Added that EHSM Fairview & SM North the Block has a lot of buyers so there's a high tendency to have items which are out of stock. Staff Concerns Staff
Complement She commended Ms. Darin (ASS of EHIloilo) because she was very friendly, accommodating and a good endorser every time she visits EH Iloilo. Thanked her for sharing her comment to us, and told her we're looking forward for her next visit. Staff Complement She's just thrilled on visiting Etude House because it's juts like walking into her personal store, she also commended Ms. Margie (Makeup Artist EH Iloilo) because she's a good makeup artist. Other Concerns She's was asking why our SUPER SALE will last on October 31, 2012 because EH Ayala Cebu told her it will be from September 05 - December 04, 2012. Apologized to her for the misinformation and told her that every post at Etude House Philippines FB Page is the confirmed one. She's asking why she can't use her GWP upgrade because the Sweetie at Etude House DS in SM Cebu told her that they don't have any idea about the promo, she also ask Sweeties at EH Store in SM Cebu and they also said that they don't have an idea about the promo. I've asked Etude House SM Cebu about this incident and they've told me that the sales lady in Etude House DS is newly hired and she was not advised. I've apologized to the customer and told her that we had already advise Etude House DS about her GWP upgrade.
