These individuals are nominated by the Deans. The general responsibilities – during implementation (March – August 2015)
• Attend a kickoff meeting (~2 hours in March)
o Why we are doing this
o Introduction to the system
o Expectations
• Attend administrator training (~4 hours in April)
o Multiple sessions will be offered over 2 days to accommodate schedules
• Attend faculty training (~4 nonconsecutive hours in late April/early May and late August/early September)
o Participate in these sessions to better understand faculty needs and questions
• System ambassador
o Promote system to user community including faculty, chairs, directors, deans, etc.
o Answer user questions regarding system usage


General responsibilities – Post implementation (June 2015 forward)
• System ambassador
o Promote system to user community including faculty, chairs, directors, deans, etc.
o Answer user questions regarding system usage
• Provide refresher training to users within their unit or campus

NOTE: We do not expect these people to answer policy type questions. Those questions should be redirected to Vanessa Courie in Faculty Affairs or David Dees, Director , Center for Teaching and Learning. The Center for Teaching and Learning will also provide support to the College/Campus Administrators as needed.

1. For faculty up for tenure and/or promotion, these will be offered mid-May 2015.
2. For other faculty these will be offered late August and early September.
