Motorcycles @ Purdue Visibility of motorcycles vs. cars In Tippecanoe County, 65 motorcycle accidents occured in 2008 alone; and are on the rise. Approximately 240 college students at Purdue ride motorcyles to and from campus. Prevention Be cognisant of surroundings when driving especially when commuting around campus.

Try not to use electronic devices in highly congested areas such as Chauncy Hill and University Street

Double/Triple-take at stops and before switching lanes Parking at Purdue Highly concentrated areas in West Lafayette:
