INTRODUCTION

Approach to environmental management through legislation also believed to be a strategic step, pragmatic and flexible enough to address the problem of environmental pollution.
Environmental Quality Act 1974
Act 1974 enacted environmental quality aims to address, prevent and control pollution and environmental quality at the national level.

ROLE AND IMPORTANCE
Regulations, orders and rules made up to now, but it can assist and streamline any general provisions of Act 127.
Regulations Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations, 1978 detailing things like the burning of waste, as well as the density of black smoke emission of air pollutants
Water pollution control has led to rules and commandments which specializes in agricultural activities such as rubber and oil palm.
All rules, regulations and rules made obvious in principle be able to handle environmental problems and all that is intended is geared toward balance development and conservation of the environment.

RULE 127 UNDER THE ACT
Section 29A-open burning can cause problems to the surrounding air.
Section 45-offenses which may be compounded
Section 20- air pollution
Noise pollution (section 23)
Land pollution (section 24)
Inland waters pollution (section 25)
Oil pollution (section 29)

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT AND RELATED ACT IN REDUCING ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADATION
Activities to preserve and conserve environmental sustainability is the duty of every human being.
Sustainable development inculcating the process of maintaining human needs while preserving the environment for future generations.

Among the acts related to the environment is:
Environmental Quality keen on maintaining environmental quality, the preservation of the country's natural treasures, the effect of the increase in population and human activities on the environment and the relationship between social, economic and cultural development.
Between the body responsible for administering and regulating this act is the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Ministry of Human Resource and Environment Department.
Act in relation to the prevention, control pollution and improve the environment
Came into force on 15 April 1975
Under the provisions of Article 74 (2) of the Constitution
Law of the jungle the first enacted is Forest Ordinance 1908
This Act was enacted on 31 December 1984
Amendments to the national forestry Act 1993

NATIONAL FORESTRY ACT 1984
The purpose of the Migration Act
Provides for penalties and higher penalty
Facilitate proof of the offence in a trial in court
Delegate authority to the military
Encourage the public to come forward to provide information

The impact of the national forestry Act
The increase rate of fines and punishment
Assumption taking forest produce without license

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1976
Force in 1976 in Malaysia to restructure and consolidate the law relating to local government.
Act enacted by Parliament pursuant to Clause (4) of Article 76 of the Constitution.
The Act is designed seeks to fine-tune the establishment, role and powers in relation to travel to local government as provided by law.


Section 69 dan 70 -discard ban quarrying or manufacturing industry effluent, garbage, sewage into the river and includes a prohibition against the act of using rivers, canals, drains public as a place to wash clothes.

Offenses under the Act Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act is guilty of an offense

FISHERIES ACT
CONCLUSION
The state already has many provisions of the law on the environment which, if fully enforced able to deal with environmental problems that arise now. Among the things that can support towards the development of a healthy environmental legislation is the ability of the government to provide the expertise and equipment to enforce the legislation, the willingness of the private sector to provide financial provision for obtaining and providing the most advanced environmentally friendly technologies and further awareness and concern for sustainable communities on the environment.
