Nanorobots are ready to be injected into the most delicate areas
of the human body, for example the heart and the brain.
Nanorobots can attack and destroy viruses and any pathogen agent.
Nanomedicine is a large industry,
$3.8 billion in nanotechnology R&D
(research and developement) is being invested every year.
As nanomedicine industry continues to grow, it is expected to have a significant impact on the global economy.

What is nanotechnology?
Applications in food science
Nanotechnology is having an impact on food science, Companies are developing nanomaterials that will make a difference not only in the taste of food, but also in food safety and the health benefits that food delivers. An example of nanotechnology application in food are Clay nanocomposites, that are used to provide a waterproof barrier to gases such as carbon dioxide in lightweight bottles, and Silver nanoparticles, that are embedded in the plastic. These nanoparticles kill bacteria from any material minimizing health risks.
The construction industry has much to gain from nanotechnology. The solution is a set of materials with better insulating properties, or solar cells that power your house more economically and siding that is protected from the effects of weather. An example of insulating material is areogel. This material is composed of silica nanoparticles separated by nanopores, it produces great thermal insulation. A possible use of this gel is in the insulating of the windows because there is less heat loss and the house stays warmer. Another application is new type of color that contains nanoparticles of silver that inhibits the growth of mildew an bacteria on the walls.
It's a new science that studies
a method to create computer chips
and other devices 1000 times smaller
than they are now.
This study is based on the handling
of the structure of molecules.
In the future, nanotechnology will play
an important role in medicine,
pollution control and other things.
