Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals

Most healthy foods are expensive
Healthy foods also perishable and must be consume within few days
Currently there are healthy food delivery but they do not widely available

It can also increase body immune system so that the body would not fall sick easily.
