Basically he says that as soon as King Hamlet died she just goes and marries Claudius like she didn't care about king Hamlet's death Life is a cycle of birth and death and when somebody dies they just simply complete their portion of the cycle Hamlet is a fraction that is wronged; his madness is poor Hamlet's enemy Hamlet is saying that his weakest point is his insanity
