American volunteers groups are organized in order to face the Mexican immigration. Patrol groups can be found next to the border in order to stop and deliver to the competent authorities the illegals.

Consequences: The main route of inmigrants crossing the border changed from villages and big cities to desertic and mountainous places.
Control the illegal residents on the US.
Meeting of both prime ministers on 2001.
The war on terror changed priorities on US government.
Problem seen as an exodus of talented people.
Trying to stimulate the work offer to reduce emigration.
If solutions haven´t worked, why is nobody thinking in ways to solve the problem?
Lack of international initiative.
Conflict involving the hegemonic power, US.
People continue to die in the border, the problem remains.
Cultural conection among people of different countries.
Some people see immigrants with mistrust.
Solutions to stop it are not effective.
International community should make more efforts
