Exercise is GREAT ! “A study by National Institutes of Health showed a 58 percent reduction in new cases of diabetes over five years with just a very modest lifestyle and diet intervention with a 5 percent weight loss.” Exercise? Not on my time. Employees will tell you that they don't pay you to exercise. Resolution Exercise during work is great! Employers opinion. Should companies allow employees to exercise during work hours? It is proven that exercise increases the amount of blood flow to the brain which makes you more aware of your surroundings. "Boosts your adrenalin level". “According to The New York Times, a study that was done by Researchers at Princeton University showed that rats that exercised, were more likely to show signs of stress than rats that did not exercise”. Higher tolerance level. Live longer. Decreases pain. I can prove it! They might tell you that you are exercising on their time ad you can do that another time. • If you have more energy, you will be able to concentrate on your work and not doze off. • With a higher adrenaline level, you will be more interested in your work and have more energy. • You will be more relaxed and not be so worked up. If you exercise you will have less anxiety and you will be more relaxed and won’t get aggravated easily. • Exercise decreases large amounts of illness which will result in living longer. • If you have a job that requires you to lift heavy objects, exercising can prevent major pain. • This shows that if you exercise and eat a health diet, you will live a longer and healthier life. That way, you won’t have to miss as many days as work. • This proves that if you exercise, your stress level will be a lot lower than if you don’t exercise.
