Tele-mental health interventions have been shown to save travel time & money, while often being as effective as in-person meetings (Yuen et al., 2012).
OTs can utilize telehealth to facilitate skill development, assist with environmental modifications, and educate on health-promoting habits and routines (Carson, 2012).
