Insomnia!! The thing that keeps you up at night. It's your own fault. Difficulty getting to sleep and staying that way Is not a mental or physical condition Due to stress, coffe,
depression, alcohol, and anxiety Difficulty falling asleep
Fatigue
Unrefreshed after a night of sleep
waking up several times during the night Nothing to worry about besides a little discomfort and less sleep Symtoms What is it? It will go away with a healthy routine and less stress
