we have to make a water tower that has to be as light and as cheap as you can make it
2.5 gallons of water weighs 20.8 pounds.The weight of the water relates to the structure because the structure has to be able to hold 20.8 pounds without breaking
the average amount of water a water tower holds is 425,000
The weight of the water tower would be 3400000pounds
They use wind tunnels to simulate in flight.Also they use wind tunnels to see how the plane would react to heavy winds.Aloso they can train rookie pilots how to react to heavy winds.And they use wind tunnels to teach navy
My project can be an innovation using these 3 elements. The elements are Desirability, Capability, and viability. Desirability is worth doing or achieving.Capablility is being capable of. my water tower is capable of holding more than a gallon of water. viability is being capable of success. My water tower is capable of draining water out of it. My water tower is worth something in a contest at Haile middle. In conclusion, The water tower in the water tower building contest uses these three elements ans is an innovation.

when a ball hits a wooden bat it loses 75%of its power.A alumiinum bat makes the ball go 30 feet father then the wood bat.Itis like a spring.The reason why the mlb uses wood bats is beacuse,they dont want people to get killed by a speeding baseball. the wood bat takes away some of the speed of the ball when hit.

You see gears in just about everything that has spinning parts. For example, car engines and transmissions contain lots of gears. If you ever open up a VCR and look inside, you will see it is full of gears. Wind-up, grandfather and pendulum clocks contain plenty of gears, especially if they have bells or chimes. Gears are everywhere where there are engines and motors producing rotational motion. A gear ratio is the relationship between the number of teeth on two gears which are meshed. This relationship is expressed mathematically. For example, if one gear with 13 teeth is driven by a gear with 21 teeth, the gear ratio is 1/1.62, or 1:1.62.
