University Run Programs To Bring Awareness To The Situation
Internships will be a 6 week long leadership building experience.
It will be a non-paid internships that will reward students with credits and a travel stipend.
This will be for the enthusiastic students who want to make an impact in their community while also gaining experience on how to run a non profit organization.

1st Week – Familierizing with the environment
Students will get all the knowledge of the company and where the company wants to head.
2nd week the students will be introduced to a new venture that the company is looking to explore. - IE: The company is looking to set up a bake sale in front of a busy super market.
The students must come up with a pitch to the supermarket to let them sale in front of their place. They must come up with banners and a slogan, etc.
3-5 weeks they act on their objective.
6 they execute their objective and graduate the internship.

Homeless Housing and Assisting Program (HHAP)

HHAP provides capital grants and loans to not-for-profit corporations, charitable and religious organizations, municipalities and public corporations to acquire, construct or rehabilitate housing for persons who are homeless and are unable to secure adequate housing without special assistance.

Solutions to End Homelessness Program (STEHP)

STEHP funding is intended to enhance and support the quality and quantity of facilities and services currently available to address the needs of homeless individuals and families, and those households at risk of homelessness in New York State.

Supplemental Homelessness Intervention Program (SHIP)

SHIP provides housing location and eviction prevention services to assist households that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Housing Location refers to the process by which a homeless household is assisted to locate and move into safe and affordable permanent housing.
