Accountability In Family History
My mother started to work in the hospital when she was 30, she was an anesthesiologist. She had to get there at 8:00 AM and in seven years, she never got late to the hospital.
This value can be important as a student or as an adult because if you are not responsible, then you will not know when something is due or what you have to complete.
Competence In Family History
My mother understood that she became a good doctor and had a talent when she was called for an emergency because a twenty years old guy had a brain hemorrhage.
Continuous Improvement In Family History
At first, when my mother started working in the hospital she was operating people with an expert in the room. Her goal was to have her own operating room and to operate by herself. After a lot of progress and improving she finally reached her goal and was able to own her operating room.
Academic Excellence In Family History
My mother started to study Medicine when she was 19; she studied 7 hours a-day. After six years of hard work she graduated in Medicine and then she became a doctor.
Personal Growth In Family History
When my mother got married with my father, and when me and my sister were born, she had to take care of us. This made her grow a lot as a person.
Intellectual Stimulation In Family History
Character Development In Family History
When my mother had to enter in the school of reanimation and anesthesiology she had to take a test of 5,100 questions and the first time she did not pass, but she did not give up and asked herself why she failed, so she tried again and she did it. This shows that you should never give up, but instead, believe in yourself.
Empowerment In Family History
When my mother used to work in the hospital, her goal was to have her own operatory room. She continued to make progress and then one day, an expert authorized her to operate in her own operatory room. This made her feel more responsible and very happy.

Creativity In Family History
When I was at the Italian school and I had to go to the American school, the principal and the teacher asked my mother why I was going to change school and my mother answered, “Because I don’t understand and like the way you teach and the way the kids treat my son.” Without being scared or worried of anything.
My mother had to go in America with her friends, but then she thought that if she would have gone with her friends she would not have learned English, so she decided to go by herself to study in the USA. This made her a stronger person because she did not speak English at all at the beginning but she did not give up and continued to study and at the end she learned.
