The System for Comprehensive Ongoing Program Enhancement (SCOPE)
A developmental assessment system that does three things
:
1. Demonstrates candidate's growth over time
2. Records outcomes achieved in clinical experiences
3. Collects necessary data for accreditation and program improvement
To use SCOPE, candidates must have an active foliotek license

In order for students to be admitted into the TEP, the following requirements must be met:

MoGEA
- all 5 subtests passed
GPA
- 2.75 cum and 3.0 educ/content required for graduation
Level I
Courses (2209 & 2212) completed with grade of "C" or better
FCSR background check
uploaded into COE portal
TB test results (negative)
uploaded into the COE portal
1st MEP

results
- uploaded to the COE portal and into SCOPE
Practicum I
In order to be accepted into Practicum I, students must complete a thorough application process:

Your Advisor will audit your application for the following requirements:
If you're not admitted into Practicum I based on this criteria, your Practicum I will be delayed until your Practicum I is offered again, which will be a full calendar year for the following certification areas:
Middle School, Sciences,
Foreign Languages, Math and Art
All proper documentation
Successful completion (grade of "C" or above) in certification courses
Admittance to TEP
Prerequisite math sequence (for ELEM ED, ECH ED, and SPEC ED certifications)
