11,January,2013 Rising Action - Sunday The play begins with a fight in the streets of Verona between the Montague's and the Capulet's and their servants. The Prince of Verona appears a few minutes later after the fight has started and say's that anyone who bothers the peace of Verona again will be sentenced to their death.
Later, Paris (a kinsman of the prince) talks to Lord Capulet about marrying his daughter (Juliet), but Lord Capulet is bit wary of the request because Juliet is only thirteen years old. Lord Capulet tells Paris to wait another two years before he could marry Juliet, he then invites Paris to attend the Capulet ball.
Meanwhile, Lady Capulet and the Nurse try to persuade Juliet to accept Paris's request of marriage.
Meanwhile, at the home of the Montague's, Benvolio talk with his cousin Romeo (Lord Montague's son) about Romeo's depression. Benvolio discovers that Romeo's depression come's from love that is not returned from a girl named Rosaline (one of Lord Capulet's nieces).
Convinced by Benvolio and Mercutio, Romeo attends the ball at the Capulet's home in hopes of meeting his love Rosaline.
Forgetting about Rosaline, Romeo sees Juliet and falls in lust with her.
After the party Romeo hops over a bush landing into the Capulets courtyard where he finds Juliet on the balcony saying how much she loves Romeo and how much she despises the rivalry between their family's. Rising Action - Tuesday Lord Capulet, taking Juliets grief as a loss of love, agrees to marry her to Paris and threatens to disown her when she refuses to become Paris's "joyful bride".
When she ask for the marriage to be stopped, her mother rejects her.
Juliet then visits Friar Laurence for help, and he offers her a potion that will put her into a death-like coma for "two and forty hours".[4]
The Friar promises Juliet to send a messenger to inform Romeo of the plan, so that he can rejoin her when she awakens.
On the night before the wedding, she takes the potion and, when discovered "dead" the next morning, she is laid in the family crypt. Where she'll be sleeping while romeo comes to rescue her. Rising Action - Wednesday / Thursday On the Morning of the wedding the Nurse had discovers that Juliet was "dead" when she went to check up on Juliet.
With the "death" of Juliet, came the change to Juliet and Paris's wedding preparation and the start up for Juliets funeral.
Later on Friar Lawrence sends a messenger to Romeo telling him that Juliet will awaken at "2 and 40 hours". Climax-Thursday The messenger, however, does not reach Romeo and, instead, he learns of Juliet's "death" from his servant Balthasar.
Devastated, Romeo buys poison from an apothecary and goes to the Capulet crypt.
There he sees Paris who has come to weep for tragic Juliet's "death" privately.
Thinking that Romeo is their vandalize Juliet, Paris confronts him and then they start fighting, in the end Romeo kills Paris.
Still believing Juliet is "dead", he drinks the poison.
Juliet then awakens and finds Romeo dead, she then stabs herself with Romeo's dagger so they could be happy in the after life. Romeo And Juliet

Plot Line EXPOSITION Falling Action-thursday Rising Action-Monday Early on Monday morning Romeo and Juliet had devised a plan to get married, with the help of Friar Laurence, who hopes to end the feud between the two families through their children's marriage, which they had secretly planned for the evening.
Later into the day, Juliet's cousin Tybalt, who was very angry that Romeo had sneaked into the Capulet ball, sends a letter challenging Romeo to a duel. Romeo, now thinking of Tybalt as his kinsman, refuses to fight Tybalt. Mercutio is offended by Tybalt's disrespect, as well as Romeo's "vile submission", and accepts the duel on Romeo's behalf. Mercutio then becomes serioulsy wounded when Romeo attempts to break up the fight.
Grief-stricken and packed with guilt, Romeo confronts and kills Tybalt, for killing Mercutio.
After the fight the Prince and the two family's come out of their homes to see Tybalt dead on the streets of Verona. Benvolio then explains what happened between Romeo and Tybalt and Mercutio, then Lord Montague argues that Romeo has just executed Tybalt because of the murder of Mercutio.
The Prince, now having lost two kinsman in the two families' feud, exile / banishes Romeo from Verona and declares that if Romeo returns, "that hour is his last".
Romeo knowing the consequences, secretly spends the night in Juliet's chamber, where they complete their marriage. The feuding families and the Prince meet at the Capulet's crypt to find all three dead. Friar Laurence tells the story of the "star-crossed lovers". Major Characters: Romeo (protagonist), Juliet (protagonist), Lord Capulet(antagonist), Lady Capulet(antagonist), Lord Montague(antagonist), Lady Montague (antagonist).

Minor Characters: Paris, Tybalt (antagonist), Benvolio (protagonist), Mercutio (protagonist), Nurse.

Setting: The Play took place sometime in the 1500's - 1600's (renaissance time period), in the city of Verona, Italy. Thanks For Your Time Denouement The families are brought together by their children's deaths they agree to end their violent feud.
