It is a vanguard model of higher education in Mexico , unique in Latin America, operates under a bilingual Spanish-English pedagogical scheme, began operations on August 27th, 2012 with an initial enrollment of 310 students, the first institution to work under the BISTU system (Bilingual, International & Sustainable Technological Universities).
There are currently two buildings, 13 classrooms with capacity for 30 students each one; an auditorium for 70 people; 1 Language laboratory​​, Administration and IT laboratories, as well as equipped Hydraulics / Pneumatics, Electricity, Electronics and Mechatronics workshops. Also, we're building a Library division which investment amounts 18 million pesos. In total, we can host more than 450 students in the different areas mentioned before.

Introduction to the English Language Course
Total immersion course to the language to standardize the domain of English.
To achieve level A2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages by the end of this course.
Propaedeutic Term: Introduction to the English Language Course
Additional Language Access
If a new entry student already has a level B2 of English domain his/her linguistic training is complemented with an additional language (Japanese or French) during the propaedeutic term.
English Level Requirements
Every new entry student will take a diagnostic exam: Oxford Placement Test
This very same instrument is used to assess level A2 achievement at the end of the propaedeutic course "Introduction to the English Language".
Level of English Proficiency required for graduates is B2 for an Associate Degree Graduate and C1 for an Engineering Degree Graduate.
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is considered as the foundation stone for the design of the languages program.
The level of language proficiency of students is certified through The International Test of English Proficiency (iTEP).

In which Marco Antonio Solis, the student who was selected, will get the opportunity to experience the Japanese culture on first hand. Also he'll improve his language skills and start to build a personal and professional network for his future.
