Overall Day For Kids In Spain
English:
One big difference in Spain is that Schools close at 12 and resume at 3 for people to go home, eat, and take a nap. They don´t have school lunches.
I wake up at 8:00 am because school starts at 9:00 am. From 9 to 9:55 I am in science class. Then I get a 5 minute passing period and go to social studies for another 55 minutes. My next class is Physical Education. In P.E. we exercise and play games. Because of timing, I begin and complete half of math class before lunch. For lunch I go home and eat some soup and steak and I take a nap. (This is because the Spanish believe that lunch is the most important meal of the day.) At 3, I return to school for the second half of the day. I begin again with the second part of math. Next, my second to last class of the day is English where I learn about English/American culture and how to speak the English language. Finally, I conclude my school day with Reading/Writing and then I walk home. At home,

Would you rather go to a Hispanic school or an American school?
We said that we would rather be taught in a Hispanic school system because the days are shorter and we would get a three hour break in the middle of the day to go home, relax, and have fee time before returning.
