How to feel motivated and banish those exam nerves
Confidence - a frame of mind, free from doubt; belief in yourself
What I tell myself is, I am taking myself too seriously.

We are all ordinary people, what makes someone more confident than another is their work ethic, motivation and how they deal with setbacks.

BIG IDEA - Self talk
Catch yourself talking "to yourself" and Change what you are saying if it's not helpful.

The physiologist Albert Bandura argues that one of the reasons effective and decisive people are effective and decisive is because they believe they are effective and decisive

I never thought of losing, but now that it's happened, the only thing is to do it right. That's my obligation to all the people who believe in me. We all have to take defeats in life.

You don’t lack confidence, it’s just that you are confident about the wrong things

BIG IDEA - Have useful beliefs
There is no failure only feedback
Everything is possible with time, practice and hard work
Intelligence is helpful but we are all intelligent in different ways
Don’t compare with others, look for improvement in yourself
You are not destined to fail nor succeed the future is not written

If there are dreams about a beautiful South Africa, there are also roads that lead to their goal. Two of these roads could be named Goodness and Forgiveness.
