Transcript of Farming Communitites

What jobs are available in a farming community?
Some people in farming communities grow crops such as grain, vegetables and flowers. Also others raise livestock such as cattle, sheep and chickens. Other farms produce milk on dairy farms. Some people run organic farms. Some people are veterinarians who are doctors who care for animals and keep them healthy.
How can these negative effects on the environment and resources in your community be reduced?
Farmers look after the soil to help grow good crops. Farming communities
offer services such as producing food
to people in Canada and other communities.
