GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
SOCIAL NETWORKING/JOB BOARDS
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
ATTRACTIONS TO THE OPPORTUNITY

Base Salary:
$45,000 - $80,000

Incentive:
.5% Gross Sales from dollar one

Estimated First Year Earnings:
$100,000

Company Car/Car Allowance:
Allowance - $650/month based on .55 cents/mile
Commercial or industrial salesperson with experience selling rotating equipment, preferably pumps
Hunter mentality
Someone who is familiar with the local DFW industrial/commercial account base
Hands-on experience; doesn't need to be someone very technical
Diversified in all major markets in the area including waste water, agricultural, domestic, industrial and commercial
Ability to sell a variety of products
There is a tremendous amount of untapped potential in this territory offering a huge upside for growth
Entrepreneurial organization that is open to change and new ideas
Offers a concrete career path for somebody looking to move into management in the future
Stable organization that will be in the industry for years to come

No money up front to begin the search
Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount
PRIORITY SEARCH
It becomes a top priority for our team
Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
