Steps to Take with Unexpected Errors

If for any reason you have an unexpected error in Prezi Classic, there are some initial steps that you can take before contacting the Prezi Classic support team.

1. Please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player. Click here to get the latest version.
2. Please make sure that, Adobe Air and Adobe Flash Player are allowed by any virus software, firewall, or pop-up blocker programs that you may be running.

These two steps solve most problems - if not, and you are running Prezi Classic through the online editor, it can sometimes help to change your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, try either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. These two browsers better manage your computer's memory and in our experience encounter less problems when running Prezi Classic.
