General Advice on Firewalls and Security Settings

This support page is about Prezi Classic. If you’re looking for help with Prezi Next, please click here.

Sometimes if you are experiencing difficulties accessing Prezi Classic or certain parts of our website, it could be due to a firewall, or other security software that is running on your computer. This is particularly likely to be the case if you are using a different computer than the one you normally use, or if you have recently upgraded your operating system or security software.

To prevent or resolve issues with viewing or accessing Prezi Classic content:

  • Make sure that JavaScript, cookies, Flash, and pop-ups are allowed, or whitelisted, for prezi.com in both the browser you are using and your operating system's default web browser (Internet Explorer for Windows users, Safari for Mac users).
  • Check that this is also the case with any firewall software, browser privacy add-on, or similar software that you may be running on your computer.

Please make sure that pop-ups are allowed in your browser privacy add-on or firewall software for:

  • prezi.com
  • .prezi.com
  • .static.prezi.com
  • s3.amazonaws.com
  • .prezi.com.s3.amazonaws.com
  • prezi-a.akamaihd.net
  • .preziusercontent.com
  • .cloudfront.net

You can also try using another browser we recommend Firefox or Chrome and updating your version of Flash.

If you are still experiencing the same problem, and you are an Enjoy, Pro, ProPlus, or Edu Pro license holder, you can contact the Prezi Classic support team from this page by selecting Submit a new help request at the bottom.
