What is Prezi for Teams?

Prezi for Teams is an effective way to manage multiple Prezi licenses across your team through a central administrative panel. With Prezi for Teams, you’ll have seamless collaboration, access to a team folder, company branding, exclusive training opportunities, centralized billing, and all the benefits of a Prezi Pro License, which includes making prezis private, downloading prezis for presentation, working completely offline and keeping your prezis out of the cloud, and much more. Furthermore, with a team license, an admin can oversee who is using a license and prezi privacy levels. Can I use a corporate branded theme or logo for my prezis?

Yes. Custom corporate branded themes are advanced features available for Prezi for Teams accounts. For an additional fee, Prezi will design a custom branded theme exclusively for your team. Custom branded themes are free of charge for teams with more than 10 licenses. These custom themes provide an opportunity to take your brand’s fonts, colors, and logo and have them readily available to all team members in the Prezi editor.

Using Prezi for Teams

How can our team share prezis within the team account?

Every team account has a designated shared team folder. To share a prezi with your team using the shared folder, simply click the three dots in the lower right corner of the prezi you’d like to share. Select Add to folder and tick the box next to your team folder. Click Add to folder again. Once you put a prezi in the team folder, other team members are able to view it. Yes, you can upload a logo using the “Customize” menu. For more information on how to do so, check out our article.

Managing your Prezi for Teams account

Can there be multiple admins in the account?

Yes, it is recommended to have more than one admin for your Prezi for Teams account so there is more than one point of contact. An admin can make an existing team member also an admin. To do so, click on your admin username and select Manage Teams. Then under “Members” click Make Admin next to the team member’s username. Please note that there must be at least one admin per team.

How can I add more licenses to my team?

Only admins can add licenses to the team. To do so, log in and go to Manage Teams. From here, click +Add Licenses to purchase more licenses for your account. Then choose how many licenses you would like, check your credit card details, and click confirm. If you have any questions, please contact us at

Can I make sure our team prezis are not public?

Yes. By default, prezis created in team accounts are set to hidden. Team admins can change the default setting of all prezis to private and modify individual prezis. Team members can also change the privacy setting of individual prezis. For more information, check out our article on Managing Your Team Licenses.

How can I renew my team's subscription?

You can renew your team licenses online with your credit card at any time. Once logged in as an admin, click on your username in the upper right corner. Select Manage Teams from the drop down menu. Click on the “Payments” tab and select Renew for next year now.

Here you can also set your team license account to automatically renew on an annual basis by checking the box marked “Automatic Renewal.” For more information with detailed instructions and screenshots, please check out our article.

How do I update my payment information?

To change or update your payment details, an admin must go to the “Manage Teams” page and select the “Payments” tab. From here, the admin can renew licenses, download invoices, and modify billing information. For more information on managing your team licenses, click here.

What will happen to our prezis if we don't renew our subscription?

If you decide to not renew your Prezi for Teams account before the expiration date, team members will be able to view private prezis but will not be able to create new prezis or edit existing ones without the content becoming public.

Similarly, if a team member is removed from the team by the admin, he or she can still view existing prezis but will not be able to create new ones or edit private prezis without a paid license. If an admin removes a member from the team, the prezis created in that member’s account can be transferred to another member of the team. If you decide to reactivate your Prezi for Teams subscription at a later time, your original Prezi for Teams content will remain in your team account.
