Enabling Flash for Prezi Classic

If you want to edit your presentation online, your browser needs to have Adobe Flash enabled. Some browsers require you to download or enable Adobe Flash Player before continuing to edit.

Note: Adobe Flash is not currently supported on iPad and other iOS devices.

To enable Adobe Flash in your browser

Chrome
  1. Type “chrome://settings/content” into the address bar and press enter.
  2. Go to the Content settings screen and find the "Flash Player" listing.
  3. Make sure Allow sites to run Flash is selected and click Done.
  4. Return to your presentation and reload the page.
Safari

Mac OS X 10.6 and 10.7

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click on the "Security" tab and make sure there is a checkmark in the box next to Allow Java and Allow All Other Plug-ins.
  3. Return to your presentation and reload the page.

Mac OS X 10.8 and above

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click on the "Security" tab and make sure there is a checkmark in the box next to Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins.
  3. Enable Adobe Flash from the list of available plug-ins and turn on the "When visiting other websites" option.
  4. Return to your presentation and reload the page.
Firefox
  1. Go to Tools > Add-ons and select Plug-ins.
  2. Find “Shockwave Flash” in the plug-in list and activate it.
  3. Return to your presentation and reload the page.
Microsoft Edge
  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click View advanced settings.
  4. Find the Use Adobe Flash Player switch and turn it on to enable Flash.
  5. Return to your presentation and reload the page.

If Adobe Flash is not in your list of plug-ins, please visit the Adobe Flash support page to download or troubleshoot Flash Player in your browser.
