Troubleshooting Prezi Classic Desktop Connection Issues

If you’re having problems connecting to Prezi Classic Desktop, there are some steps you can take that will resolve most connection issues:
Before you try any of the steps below, please make sure you have the latest version of the app.
If you’ve updated Prezi Classic Desktop still have issues connecting, then you can try each of the steps below. After trying each step, log out of the app and then log back in.
Allow pop-ups (whitelist) in your browser privacy add-on or firewall software for following:
If you are in an office environment, you may need to ask your IT department to help you. Also allow Prezi Classic Desktop to run with administrative rights.
Allow cookies from prezi.com on both the browser you are using AND the default browser of your operating system.
If they are already enabled, delete them and log into Prezi.com on both the browser you are using and your operating system's default browser (Internet Explorer on Windows, Safari on Mac OS X). Internet Explorer also needs to have http://prezi.com and https://prezi.com added to the “Trusted Sites” list. Please click here for instructions on how to add to your trusted sites list.
Make sure your operating system's clock is set correctly.
