Using Prezi Viewer
If I share a link to my prezi, is everyone allowed to edit it?
No. Only people who you’ve added as editor can edit your prezi. When you share a link, people can click on that link to view your prezi or watch you give a remote presentation. For more information on sharing, click here.
Can I present my prezi without an Internet connection?
Yes. You can present the most recently viewed prezis without an Internet connection. Remember you’ll need a connection to play any YouTube videos.
Why is it taking a long time to load my prezi?
Make sure you’re connected to the Internet and that your iOS device is not in airplane mode. Large prezis can take a little longer to download.
Why are my SWF and PDF files blurry if I zoom in on them?
Prezi Classic converts your SWF and PDF files to non-vector images. As these have a fixed resolution they may become blurred when zooming close. Prezi Classic's built-in fonts and shapes are in a vector format, so they don't lose resolution when zooming in close.
Why can’t I see my video when I open my prezi on my iPhone or iPad?
Your video's resolution might be too high for the iPad to display. Open your prezi on your computer and replace the video you cannot see with a video that is no bigger than 720p. For more information on inserting videos, click here.
