Prezi Viewer makes it easy to present your prezi to anyone, anywhere. Your audience can watch from their mobile device or computer. It’s that convenient. Check out our video tutorial to learn more, or continue reading below.

To present your prezi remotely, you need to invite people to join your presentation. Then, start your presentation when you’re ready. If a person joins late, his or her screens will automatically jump to the point in the presentation you are at.

Inviting people to your presentation

  1. Log in to the Prezi Viewer. Tap the three dots in the lower right corner to pull up the options menu.
  2. Select Present remotely.
  3. Tap Send invitation link to send a link to your prezi.
  4. Choose the application you’d like to use to send the link. The person you invite will get an email or message that includes a link to follow your prezi in real time from their computer or mobile device.
  5. Once you have invited everyone you want to enjoy your presentation, tap Start remote presentation. You can then tap, pinch, and pan through your prezi knowing that your audience sees what you see.

Presenting Remotely

The person you invite will get a message that includes a link to follow your prezi in real time from their computer or mobile device. Audience members can follow from their PC or iOS device, they just need to open the message you sent them on the device they wish to use.

If you haven’t started your presentation yet, the audience member will see a message that looks like the one below:

Once you’re ready to start your presentation, tap Start remote presentation. You can then tap, pinch, and pan through your prezi knowing that your audience sees what you see.

Controlling your presentation using your iPhone or iPad

Use the arrows on the bottom of your prezi to go forward and backward. You can also view your prezi in full screen on your iOS device and use the arrows on the side to navigate through your prezi.

For information on how to navigate your prezi using your iOS device, check out our Knowledge Base article.
