Downloading a portable prezi

A portable prezi is a downloaded version of a prezi, which you can view offline without either a Prezi Classic account or via Prezi Classic Desktop. You can send it to anyone whether they have a Prezi Classic account or not and they will be able to view your zooming, panning work of art.
You can also use it to present in a setting where you don't have access to the Internet. A portable prezi contains a non-editable version of your prezi, as well as software for Windows and Mac that will play your prezi from anywhere. To learn more, click here.

Note: Printing a prezi is a Pro feature. If you’d like to use this feature and don’t have a Pro license, please upgrade your license. You’ll also get other Pro features like downloading a PEZ for use with Prezi Classic Desktop, saving a prezi as a PDF, printing a prezi, and building editable charts.

Changing your privacy settings

If you have a free public account, your prezis will always be available for others to view online. You can also choose to make a prezi available for others to reuse. This means that anyone can use the content in your prezi for themselves.

If you have an Edu Enjoy, Enjoy, Edu Pro, Pro, or Pro Plus account, you can choose to make your content public, reusable, hidden, or private.

To change the privacy settings of your prezi

  1. Go to your prezi dashboard, or the "My prezis" page.
  2. Click the three dots in the lower right corner of the prezi you’d like to adjust.
  3. Select Privacy and sharing to get the pop-up.
  4. Under “Who can see my prezi?,” click the option to set the privacy of that prezi.

Co-creating and presenting in real time

The collaborative features of Prezi Classic are included with all Prezi Classic plans. They allow you to edit, create, and present prezis with others in real time on one shared canvas. You can add up to 10 people to co-edit a single prezi.

To add collaborators to your prezi

  1. Go to your prezi dashboard, or the "My prezis" page.
  2. Click the three dots in the lower right corner of the prezi you’d like to adjust.
  3. Select Privacy and sharing to get the pop-up.
  4. Click Collaborators to expand the section.
  5. Type the email address of the person you’d like to add. Then choose "Editor" or "Viewer" and click *Add.
