Saving a Presentation Offline in Android

You’ve got a great prezi and you’ve got an Android device. Now be ready to present your prezi or practice your presentation anytime, anywhere. Prezi Viewer allows you to keep your prezis offline. This means you can view or present your prezi without an Internet connection. It is also great to have as a backup.

Saving a prezi offline

  1. Log in to the Prezi Viewer on your Android device.
  2. Tap the three dots in the lower left corner to bring up the options menu.
  3. Slide the switch to the right to “Keep offline.”
  4. Once it’s saved, you’ll see an icon indicating that prezi is saved offline

Putting an offline prezi back online

  1. Log in to the Prezi Viewer on your Android device.
  2. Find the offline prezi you want to put back online. Offline prezis are indicated by an icon.
  3. Tap the three dots in the lower left corner to bring up the options menu.
  4. Slide the switch to the left next to “Keep offline” to deactivate the feature and put your prezi back online.
  5. You’ll no longer see the offline icon in that prezi’s thumbnail.
