Why is there a charge on my card?
There is a recurring charge for your paid Prezi Classic plan.
What is Prezi Classic?
Prezi Classic is the unique presentation software that allows you to be a more engaging and memorable presenter. The open, zoomable canvas lets you show ideas in context and connect more powerfully with your audience.
I don’t remember paying for this.
Perhaps you didn’t. In most cases when there’s some confusion over a charge, it’s because someone else in your office or home has signed up for Prezi Classic without your knowledge. If you want to use Prezi Classic, but can’t remember your login details, check out this page.
I need an invoice.
No problem. Just follow these steps:
- Log in and click on your name. Then select Settings & Account.
- Choose the “Subscription” tab found on the left side of the page.
- Under “Payment,” you’ll see your payment info and billing history. Find the date of the invoice you’d like to download.
- Click on the PDF and fill in your billing information.
- Click Continue.
