NAME GATHER
GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche
SOCIAL NETWORKING/JOB BOARDS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary:
$60,000

Incentive:
Bonus/Commission

Realistic 1st Year Earnings:
$80,000 - $100,000

Company Car/Car Allowance:
Mileage and Car Rentals - may move towards a Car Allowance
TARGET PROFILE TO ATTRACT
Proven track record within industrial Outside Sales; an Inside Sales or Applications Engineering background could work
A solid understanding of the manufacturer-distributor relationship
Strong mechanical aptitude
Person must be aggressive and willing to cold call
Self-motivated individual that is passionate about what they do
Ability to travel within the territory

ISEL has aggressive growth plans in place
Person will have the opportunity to make a large impact with the company right away
Company has a solid product offering
This individual will be extremely autonomous and get to run and develop their territory like it is their own business
Non-bureaucratic environment
Initial contact for telephone interview with prospective candidate
Request and Review Resume
GRS will conduct an in depth interview to fully qualify the candidate for the position
Review and narrow to a short list based on Motivation, Qualifications, Personality, Compensation & Intangibles
GRS will arrange initial interviews with Don
GRS will arrange final interviews with Don and Adam
CONTINGENT SEARCH

No money up front to begin the search
Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount
GRS and Isel currently have this agreement in place
