A private hospital is a hospital owned by a for-profit company or a non-profit organization and privately funded through payment for medical services by patients themselves, by insurers, Governments through national health insurance schemes, or by foreign embassies.

A primary care hospital is a hospital which offers primary care services to patients. Primary care is the main point of contact for patients entering the health care system, whether they are making an appointment for routine vaccinations or going to the doctor about a chronic cough. A variety of services are offered at a primary care hospital, including referrals to specialty hospitals and providers who can provide advanced care to patients who cannot be treated in a primary care facility alone.

Staff pharmacists face a varied set of responsibilities including
dispensing medication, making purchasing decisions, monitoring drug therapy, preparing IV medication, and overseeing drug administration.
Assistant pharmacists work alongside licensed pharmacists and pharmacist technicians to help process prescriptions. Assistants' duties are typically clerical and organizational in nature and might include answering phones, filling out and filing paperwork, running cash registers and stocking shelves.
Outpatient services are medical procedures or tests that can be done in a medical center without an overnight stay. Many procedures and tests can be done in a few hours. Outpatient services include: Wellness and prevention, such as counseling and weight-loss programs. Diagnosis, such as lab tests and MRI scans.
