And made of fatty acids. There are 3 types of fats. Saturated Fat Unsaturated Fat Trans Fat Saturated Fat The End Thank you for listening to
our presentation. -Foods from animals like meat, cheese, butter and milk have saturated fat.
-Our bodies need 'saturated fat', but too much can be bad for your health because they build up cholesterol. -Trans fat is the worst type of fat. Our bodies don't need it because it contains high cholesterol.
-made from processed vegetable oil.
-risk of heart disease.
-junk food, fast food, chips... ... -Unsaturated fat is good for our bodies, especially our heart.
-We usually call it Omega-3s or ALA, EPA and DHA.
-Our bodies can't make unsaturated fat so we need to get unsaturated fat from food.
-Fish, nuts, nut butters, avocados, seeds, olives and vegetable oil contain unsaturated fat. -keep brain healthy -help body absorb
