TRANSFER COMPETITION
What are your wants in a catcher?

TRANSFER PROGRESSION
KNEE THROWING: DRIVE DONT DROP
-Erase mistakes

-Make bad pitches look good, or not so bad

-When a pitcher misses, the whole crowd doesn't know

-Can slow down or speed up the game

-They're #1 job is to make their pitchers look & feel good, YET, they must train with the mindset that the game's success relies on them
Get your catcher's to believe in the 'cult'. Teach them the fundamentals, then push them out of their comfort zones.
