What do Electronics Engineers do?
Electronics engineers research, design, develop and test precision components and systems, developing the way electricity is used to control equipment. The work is usually carried out in cross-functional project teams, with colleagues in electronics and other branches of engineering.
Electronics touches on almost all areas of human activity, so its applications are diverse. They include:

In order to become an electrical engineer you need to at least have a bachelor’s degree. The program requires a 4 to 5 years commitment depending on the university. Some universities give credit to the students who work in the fields to gain the experience.
The courses offered in the program include general principles about engineering and courses that focus on electrical engineering. Introductory courses in engineering principles involve teamwork, problem solving and design in a general engineering context. However, the courses that focus on electric engineering include microelectronics, electric circuits and electromagnetics fields.
There are also design courses that help the students get familiar with the computer aided design program for future modeling and stimulation.
In order to be able to complete your bachelor degree program, you need to complete other courses such as: chemistry, physics, humanities, advanced math along with English composition programs.

Tasks and duties
Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction.
