What is HYP?
Transcript of What is HYP?
Habitat Young Professionals supports affiliates’ local service while engaging young professionals as leaders, volunteers, advocates, educators and donors. Habitat Young Professionals connects emerging leaders and socially conscious young adults up to age 40 in the mission of providing decent, affordable housing.
Habitat for humanity-midohio
Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio was founded in 1987 and serves Franklin, Licking, and Madison counties. In 29 years, the affiliate has helped provided safe, decent, affordable housing for well over 300 families.
Habitat is a hand up, not a hand out. All partner families pay a zero percent interest mortgage and contribute a minimum of 200 sweat equity hours while they're in the program.
