Open notebook to the homework that is due
Have planner out and ready to write down new homework, quiz and test dates and any project due dates
Be in your seat by the time the bell rings.
Clean up your area, put items you've used in class back in their proper place throw trash away.
Stay seated until Ms. Goodlad dismisses you. Remember to push in chairs.
Absent from Class

Ms. Goodlad's Tutorial Hours:
Monday and Wednesday, @ lunch
No texting/calling in class
Phone should be on silent mode
Cell phones will be taken and sent to student services
All forms of student dishonesty are subject to disciplinary action. Students caught cheating will receive a zero on the assignment/exam and will face further disciplinary action.

Third Offense: lunch detention with phone call home
First Offense: subtle Reminder
Fourth Offense: Referral to student services
**Students will be sent to office immediately for severe disruptions
The 127 drawers we have in the room are not actually waste baskets. Persons caught using them as such are subject to room cleaning penalties. :)
Check website for missed assignments
Get notes from "noteworthy" friend
Plan on attending lunch tutorial to get caught up on material
Pick up any missed handouts from the absent bin
If you missed a quiz, exam or a notebook grading makeup times will be announced on the warmup
It is your responsibility to make up any missed work, and attend makeup exam, quiz or notebook grading dates

When you return write in return time and place hall pass back on my desk
Honors Chemistry will be required to keep a notebook this semester.
(These will be discussed in detail later this week and make up a large portion of your Homework grade.)
You will need a five subject, spiral bound notebook, with a durable cover by Monday August 27
