The amount of student's and Georgia educator's decreased; while the education support remained approximately the same for five consecutive years. My theory is that teachers do not want to be in Georgia schools, because of a lack of support financially. The parent too recognize the school has no support for quality teachers, tutors, administrators, student services, etc. The parent may view this lack of educational support as the primary reason to keep his or her child/children out of the Georgia school system. This raises a problem for the growth of Georgia's educator workforce.
Pay for teachers in Georgia should be raised.
As a local teacher in Bubblegum, Georgia I propose to the Georgia Department of Education to an improvement in education support(funding) to:
raise pay, improve the amount of educators, improve benefits for educators based upon excellent appraisal and merit, improve the amount of students attending, and most importantly to ensure trust to all educators in the state of Georgia by fair pay.
Putting the Plan into Action
1. Allotment of money to educator support ( Tutors, administration, etc).
2. Provision of incentive's to effective educators.
3. Thorough and annul evaluations for educators.
4. Authorization of pay based upon experience.
5. Implementation of Obama's Race to the Top Challenge; allowing Bubblegum, Georgia to develop a unified educational system.

As educators this is our purpose. Educators all around the world are needed to fulfill this purpose. There is no need to wait; the time is now.
How to Administer Pay
Some states follow the same basis as presented in the above chart for administering pay to their educators. An even greater need for this kind of payment is needed for Bubblegum, Georgia. In Bubblegum, Georgia there is a sufficient amount of underpaid educators that have yet to receive a raise within ten years.
If salaries fail to increase, what is to result?
Loss of quality teachers.
Need to hire, and train new teachers.
Decline in student enrollment.
Economic advances will be in harm.
