Worldview Definition:
"a set of assumptions or beliefs about reality that affect how we think and how we live" (Cosgrove, 2006, p. 19)
"a commitment, a fundamental orientation of the heart, that can be expressed in a story or in a set of presuppositions that we hold about the basic constitution of reality, and that provides the foundation on which we live and move and have our being" (Sire, 2009, p. 20)
"any ideology, philosophy, theology, movement, or religion that provides an overarching approach to understanding God, the world, and man's relations to God and the world" (Noebel, 2001, p. 2)
