The Last Frontier we live in the milky way galaxy Stars are like engines that produce heat, light, ultra-violet and other forms of radiation. They are mostly made of gas and plasma Our universe contains over 100 billion galaxies and each galaxy contains at least 100 billions stars. If the star is hot it is blue or white. If its cooler it would be orange or red Our sun is only a medium sized star Even stars can die on a clear night the earth only reveals 3000 stars to the naked eye blue and white is hot red and orange is cool
