Transcript of Love for Allah (SWT)

Love for Allah (SWT)
ALLAH
YOU
6) Witnessing his generosity, his benevolence, his favours and blessings
Take a look around you, thank Allah for every spec of air you see because he has truly blessed it.

Trials and Tribulations come our way, but that's just a test of patience for us and alot more reward

Steps to gain love for Allah
1) RECITATION OF THE QURAN
Try to wake up 15-20 mins before Fajr starts and pray Tahajjud, you can turn to Allah & i guarantee you will find peace. At the same time, you can get some homework done too!

8) Sitting with the truthful lovers of Allah
9) Keeping distance from everything that comes between the heart and Allah
The choice between this life and the hereafter
For our own pleasure, we usually put our desires before Allah's commands.
These short-term pleasure's earn us nothing but Allah's disappointment.
Think about it like this: Everything we do in this tiny life will account for where we end up in the hereafter. So would you rather have a little fun now or an eternity of happiness?
Try to read a bit of Qur'an everyday.
The regular deeds are the most loved, despite how small they may be.
Start by reading a page a day; you can slowly build on it & it's guaranteed to keep your soul peaceful!
2) Optional acts of Worship
There are SO many ways to worship and please Allah, that if you're a good human you won't even realise you're doing them!
3)Constant Rememberance

In every circumstance by the tongue, the heart , actions and conditions so that a persons share of love is in accordance with his share of this rememberance.
4) Preferring Allah's love over your own
When desires and wordly affairs overcome you, think long term and try to do only what Allah loves, for this will be to our benefit in the hereafter
5) The heart's comprehension of Allah's names and attributes
Try to witness them and have knowledge of them. Immerse yourself in the garden of this knowledge and his fundamental pillars.

Whoever knows Allah by his names, attributes and actions will grow to love Allah more as each day passes.

7) Being alone at the time of the descent of Allah (during tahajjud)
Simply:
Think about Allah and his bounties
Do some Dhikr in your free time
Pray extra
Make Dua
........and the list goes on!
In every small thing you do, every action you take and every word you utter remember your purpose of life and remember Allah is watching you
It is better to avoid a risky situation then have to face it when something goes wrong
As we strive to build Allah's love in our hearts and have that love push out the vain desires that tend to influence our lives, remember the extent of Allah's love for us

Finally, ensure you always read the following Dua:

“O Allah, I ask for Your love, and the love of those persons who love You and love of actions that bring me closer to Your love” [Bukhari, confirmed by Albani].
Gather good fruits from their speech just as one takes out the best of fruits; however, you do not speak except when the benefit of the speech prevails, and when you know that there is a betterment for you and benefit for others in it.
