She confirmed her treatment was for bulimia and self- injury.
Lovato said in an interview with Robin Roberts,

At age 10, Shia LaBeouf started to perform comedy at stand-up clubs. He played Louis on the Disney sit-com Even Stevens. At age 19 brought a knife to a neighbors apartment after he rear-ended his mothers car and insulted her. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shia_LaBeouf Shia has been arrested twice, been in an alcohol-related car crash, and has been involved in 2 altercations at bars. PROBLEMS WITH THE LAW 1. November 2008 - LaBeouf was asked by a security guard to leave a Walgreens, he refused and was arrested for misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Charges wer dropped in December 2007. 2. March 2008- An arrest warrant was issued for LaBeouf after he didn't show up to a court appearance. The appearance was in relation to a ticket he got for unlawful smoking. 3. July 2008- At 3 AM, LaBeouf was in a car crash. When police came, they smelled alcohol on his breah. They arrested him for misdemeanor drunk driving because he refused a breathalyzer examination. 2 days later an LA County Sheriffs department anounced that he was not at fault because the other driver ran a red light. 4. February 2011- LaBeouf was in a fight with another customer at the Mad Bull's Tavern. Him and the other customer were both put in handcuffs and questioned but not arrested. 5. October 2011- LaBeouf and another customer were thrown out of a bar in Vancouver after they engaged in an 'alcohol fueled' fight. LaBeouf's mugshot ANY QUESTIONS??
