Transcript of Vietnamese Civil War

South Vietnam
South Vietnam was not a communist country unlike North Vietnam they mostly relied on air superiority. Their Leader, Ngô ình Diem was killed in a coup (pronounced coo). Which is a sudden, violent, and illegal seizure of power from a government.
Introduction
North Vietnam
North Vietnam is a communist country lead by their leader Ho Chi Minh. During the war the National Liberation Front (Viet Cong) supported North Vietnam even though it was located in South.
What is Communisim?
Communism is a political theory obtained from Karl Marx, advocating class war and leading to a society in which all property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs. Karl Marx (5 May 1818 – 14 March 1883) was a German philosopher, economist, sociologist, historian, journalist, and revolutionary socialist.
Timeline of the war
The My Lai Massacre was the Vietnam war mass murder between 347 and 504 unarmed civilians in South Vietnam on March 16, 1968. It was committed by the U.S. Army soldiers from the Company C of the 1st Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, 11th Brigade of the 23rd (Americal) Infantry Division. Victims included women, men, children, and infants. ;(
Vietnamese Civil War
Today we are going to present about the Vietnamese civil war. This war was started in 1964 and ended in April 30 1975. The Vietnamese war was fought by North Vietnam and South Vietnam. Each of the Two states had reinforcements; North Vietnam had America and South Vietnam Had China And NLF. (Viet Cong)
