FINDING
The design of the kiosk
PURPOSE
Objective
The objectives to create a kiosk venture is
to expose students to the real world of hospitality industry,

to expose knowledge to public about important of Halal product
to expose to entrepreneur about important to have a Halal Certificate to convince people to buy product.

THE LAYOUT
The layout is being made in 2x2.5 meter include with all the requirement needed.

The equipment that being arranged in the kiosk are follow the needed of the process of products.

The kiosk venture that have being decided to be build will used the open kiosk concept.

Cassia is the name of our branding where the name taken from one of the cinnamon.

The location that we select to open up our business is Aman Jaya Mall, Kedah.

to created the kiosk layout that are users friendly, attractive, convenience and easy to move among the equipment.

To invent the food kiosk concept

Established a future marketing plan for the kiosk


MISSION
to produce and supply a quality product that can fulfill consumer satisfactions.
VISION
committed to producing Halal food products of assured quality that can be marketed widely.


SPECIALTY PRODUCT
There are 3 main types of pies which is savory pie fillings, sweet pies filling and cake pie filling

The average of price for pies are about RM 3 to RM 3.50 each.

We package our products by using disposable paper food container.

Marketing Plan
The marketing plan that we came out with will be :

Target market and market segmentation.
The segmentation that we choose consist of all ages. The kids, adults, teenagers and etc because our product are suitable for them.

Price.

The price of the mini pie will ranged at RM 3 – RM 3.50 per pieces.

Promotion.

use a media massa as a medium to promote, introduce and launching our product and brand name.

We also distribute the flyers, pamphlet all around the mall and

we also provide a taster of various flavor of the product in front of kiosk and mall.

BUDGET
For our financial sources, we using our own money and a loan from a bank.

Estimation of Product sale in one day /month/year

Conclusion
As a conclusion, our pie product that offer specific set of benefit intended to satisfy a customer’s need and want in a specific way and must be made efficiently and safely, on a large scale, so that we can meet the expected demand.
